Lesson 15: "Leadership is the experience of leading. Leading is the opportunity to lead. Not once were circumstances or details conveyed. We simply said leading is an opportunity and leadership is an experience. Your character will determine the process for each."

"Leadership is nothing more than the process of choosing to inspire change and lift the awareness while change is unfolding. Change is an automatic part of the plan. Many of you still disbelieve this. Please do not push against that parts that are automatic, necessary, unchangeable. When you choose to inspire change instead of pushing against what you cannot change, you align with the leadership process within you.

When you choose to handle change, process change, and allow change, your character will rise to the light. Character is not designed to be built or measured. Character is designed simply to rise! Allow change to inspire your character. Meet her. Meet him. Allow your character to inspire you! It has come a very long way and is ready to be admired and appreciated at this time. Your character inspires the leader within you. It is you. You are the reason leaders are born. Embrace your character. Breathe that in. For a moment. And another.... choosing to inspire change and lift your awareness while change is unfolding... leading... life from within you. There, you will also discover your God."

As the next lesson in April's leadership series, Spiritual Leadership: Leading From Within, Spirit reminds us that He is present. That She is present. That GOD is present. And it is time. It is time to breathe. To ease into the life that we KNOW we came here to live. It is time to lead.

Allow 

the Divine 

Your Source knows You. It is time that we listen. 

That we lean into instead of away from. 

That we ease into the love we KNOW we want to trust. 

That we allow change because we KNOW that change requires love. 

And that we remember that all of this is because we are lead to align with a Source that flows through us first. 

Life really is good. It is time that we allow this.
