About the Event
This workshop is designed to inspire your imagination, reduce fear and anxiety, and lessen psychological distress using guided imagery.
Guided imagery is a focused practice that involves and utilizes all five senses, and increases healing and awareness throughout your mind, body, and soul.
This workshop includes creative worksheets and a hands-on experience that puts you in the middle of your own personal meditative journey! After all, you are the star of your own show. This is your path, your life, and your well-being.

This workshop has been created and is lead by teacher, author, and psychic medium, April Roane.
No previous experience with meditation is required. It is recommended that you are in a quiet and relaxed environment where you can create and let go. Please wear comfortable clothing, have water nearby, and a journal and pen. April will also need your email address so that you will have the #SpiritPosse worksheets for the workshop.
